called 'Socious'. It's got some real possibilities, I think, and I'm writing a blog on
that for later publications. In the meantime, I've been looking at the webinars
posted on www.socious.com--and I have two thoughts:
a. I learned some good stuff from the 10-Minute Webinars, and
b. Isn't this a cool idea? Couldn't you do a 10-minute webinar
highlighting the educational content from the last event your association
held? Can't you see an association website with a library of these
The other thing I've discovered is that Socious is hosting a one-hour
seminar on using Facebook in your association. You might want
to think about adding this event to your calendar.
"Facebook went through two major changes in less than a year.
Now public profiles are the new *it* spot for your members to
engage & interact with the association. Learn all about the public
profiles & how you can integrate other social media endeavors
into what you are already doing.
In this webinar, Lynn Morton Manager, Marketing Technologies
at The American Academy of Physician Assistants and Facebook
expert will walk through a few simple things you can start doing today
to Maximize your Public Profile on Facebook. From this webinar,
you will learn a few simple steps to enhance your association's
Facebook reach and your members experience.
